What is collected
The newsletter form collects your email address, optional first name, your selected interest, consent choices, timestamp, and a short browser user-agent string for basic security troubleshooting. A hidden honeypot field helps filter automated spam submissions without adding invasive tracking.
How it is used
Your details are used to send the free Inner Peace breathing PDF, queue the message if the email sender is not configured, and shape occasional Mystical Sanctuary updates around sleep, meditation, focus, and inner peace. If you opt into personal reachout, the studio may send a human follow-up question.
How it is protected
The site keeps secrets server-side, blocks public access to runtime data files, rate-limits newsletter actions, and uses security headers to reduce browser-level risk. The live pages do not load third-party analytics scripts or autoplay YouTube embeds.
Retention
Newsletter records are kept only as long as needed to deliver the guide, maintain the mailing list, respect unsubscribe requests, and troubleshoot abuse or delivery problems. Unsubscribe records may be retained so the system can continue honoring opt-out requests.
Unsubscribe and deletion
Every production email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by email on the dedicated page. For deletion or correction requests, use the contact links on the about page and include the email address you used to subscribe.
